Home Warranty Program
Underwritten by Home Security of America, Inc. , home warranties are available for the protection of sellers and buyers of homes listed or purchased through Harsch Associates.
For sellers, all mechanical systems in the home are protected for up to one year during the listing period, subject to a low deductible. Such protection provides you with peace of mind, especially if the home is left vacant and makes the home more appealing to prospective buyers since protection for them is automatically provided when they purchase.
For Buyers, again, peace of mind is the main benefit since they know that the cost of repairing or replacing an appliance or system in the home can be an unwelcome burden to their budget without such protection.
Basic protection begins at $430 for one year, $400 for a condominium and $390 for new construction.
