Having chosen to finally act on our long-standing dream of a home in the Berkshires -- but with no local contacts whatsoever -- we found your website just before Memorial Day, and introduced ourselves with a last-minute request for some holiday home-visits. Although Memorial Day turned out to be unworkable, you showed us four Northern Berkshire homes the following weekend, and then -- having quickly zeroed-in on our preferences -- another twelve Southern Berkshire homes the weekend after, including one clear stand-out whose exceptional value you were able to corroborate on the spot. Against all of our expectations for a protracted search, you'd found us a dream home within three weeks!

And that was just the beginning: With your expert guidance, we negotiated successfully against another buyer in a very competitive situation. Your long familiarity and deep knowledge of area practices and people helped us to quickly assemble a uniformly excellent transaction team. Perhaps most importantly, your unfailingly warm, open, and positive manner promoted goodwill among all parties, enabling us to work through some unexpected (if inevitable) last-minute issues that otherwise might have derailed the entire process. We even managed to close in time for an end-of-summer vacation before Labor Day!
