 Joyce comes to us from southern Indiana where she worked with General Electric for eleven years. During that time she managed the safety and health of over 1500 employees in addition to saving the corporation over $1,000,000 in healthcare costs in 2006. Her sunny disposition and depth of experience in the business world plus specific skills in administration and management along with the ability to resolve even the toughest issues make her a bright new addition and tremendous asset to Harsch Associates. Joyce excels in data and information management, human resources, mediation, innovation, and initiative.

Since the first video created in February of 2009, Joyce has created 127 video tours for properties listed exclusively with Harsch Associates. As of mid September of ’09 these video tours have been watched over 39,000  times increasing the volume of inquiries for those homes resulting in increased sales. This valuable state of the art marketing tool is offered on suitable properties of all sellers who list with Harsch Associates. Harsch Associates is the only firm in the region to offer a service comparable to this.

Ms. Harsch’s degrees and certifications include Master of Administration and Leadership, Nurse Case Manager, Emergency Medical Technician, and Procedural Coding. She has taught Six Sigma quality management techniques at several national conventions around the country.

In  addition to her many other professional accomplishments, Joyce is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and member of the National and Massachusetts Associations of Realtors®. She maintains a registered nursing license in both Indiana and Massachusetts. . 

Personal interests include an avid interest in photography, a love of pets as well as local birds and wildlife (she’s captured bear, turkeys, hawks, deer, reptiles and even a bobcat with her ever present camera). She knits for family members. She enjoys audio books with a business and marketing focus.  New England life suits her well.
