Things have finally calmed down enough at work for me to take the time to write and thank you. Quite frankly, I wouldn't have wanted to go through the process of selling the house in Hancock without your assistance. I'm not sure you were aware of how many brokers Janou tried to deal with before we were lucky enough to find you.

 

Since we were "out of town" sellers, we relied heavily on you to take care of business for us and you came through every time. Working with our handyman to get the place ready to sell and then working with him to make sure everything was up to code seemed to me above and beyond, but you seemed to feel it was part of the job. You also secured for us excellent attorneys, for which I am also grateful.

 

But above and beyond the "operational" issues you provided excellent market insight and some very sage advice. It is difficult to sell in a down market when you feel like you should be getting more than you are being offered, but for us it was the smart thing to do and you were extremely helpful - and patient - in making us realize that.

 

We count ourselves among the lucky. We sold for a fair price in a difficult market in no small measure thanks to your expertise.
