"In the spring of 2007 we decided to purchase land in New England on which to build our retirement home. Having no real estate contacts in New England, we sent out introductory emails to five individuals listed as land agents/specialists for their companies. The only Realtor who responded was Phil Coleman.

Phil took the time to share his land purchasing knowledge with us, plus really get to know us as individuals so he could best match land options to our desired needs. Phil spent several days over a period of a couple of months showing us land options. The land we ultimately purchased was a gem tha Phil had knowledge of, even though it wasn't officially for sale at the time we were looking.

Phil demonstrated that he is more interested in matching individuals with the land and/or property that is a good fit for them, than he is in just closing a quick sale and making his commission. We had a very positive experience with Phil and highly recommend him."
